 Deposit

The deposit for makeup service is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are preferred seven or more days before the booked date and no less than 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before appointment will incur a cancellation fee. 

Early Call Times

A $50 fee will be charged for booked appointment times before 8 a.m.

Delay 

A late fee of $25 is charged for every 15 minutes of delay when the client is late.

Satisfaction Guaranteed 

Makeup will be completed to the client's satisfaction but is not to exceed the allotted makeup time. Ample time is given for each make-up appointment upon booking. Acceptance of the completed makeup application by the client is an acknowledgment by the client that the makeup was done to her satisfaction.

Service Location & Requirements

No private services unless at public events, hotel setups, or unless otherwise stated by the artist.

Travel Fee 

The mileage fee is determined at the time of inquiry. The IRS Standard Gas Mileage Rate determines mileage prices.

Airfare and Accommodations

The client will pay all costs for travel to a booked event. Costs may include but are not limited to, airfare, hotel, transportation, parking, per diem, service, incidentals, and all taxes.

Liability

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Make-up products used are hypoallergenic. The client should report any skin condition to the makeup artist before application, and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test the reaction. Clients agree to release the makeup artist, All Things Lady A, LLC., and all its artists of liability for skin complications due to allergic reactions.

Payment 

The final balance is due on the appointment day after service has been completed. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Cash App ($AltoniaStewart1), Cashier's Check, or Money Order made payable to Altonia Stewart.

Use Of Image

All Things Lady A, LLC., and Altonia Stewart may use on its website and or in any brochure flyer or other advertising it deems necessary any photographs, videos, audio, and any other digitally or chemically stored media that is captured or recorded by All Things Lady A, LLC.,  Altonia Stewart and any of All Things Lady A’s representatives or agents. The client agrees to release any claims regarding using her image for such purposes.
